Implementation and Results

We have been working with MishiPay over the last two years and have built up a strong working relationship with the client.

Since January 2019, we have worked with MishiPay to build awareness around their product and grow their brand with potential customers that might not be aware of their offering as a self checkout application.

Much like all of our clients, our approach to managing the relationship with MishiPay is to treat them like they are an extension of the team, with regular updates and status reports.

One of the main challenges working with MishiPay was helping to build awareness about their product which is relatively new to the market. They offer self checkout applications and services to businesses which allows them to reduce ease the pressure on tills and be more efficient with staffing.

So far we have enjoyed a successful relationship helping the client to grow their organic traffic by nearly 50% since they took up our services. This has been vital in growing the brand as they are now getting in front of the right people in the search results pages.

A large amount of our success has been with their Google Ads account and the continued growth in results of the PPC activity. Since we first launched their PPC account, we have seen a growth of 5000% in conversion actions when comparing the first month with the most recent month’s results.

Following the success of our original services, MishiPay also asked us to work on Paid Social ads for them to help in continuing the growth of their brand on social media. This has now been running for a few months and has seen some positive results with a Cost per Click of just £0.40 on an awareness campaign.

In addition to the optimisation of the accounts, we have also created graphics and marketing material for MishiPay, as we do with many of our clients.

This involves the production of static image graphics, as well as animated display banners, which are perfect for remarketing campaigns.

On top of this we also produce video content that works well across all social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn.

We also saw a surge in traffic to the website following our implementation of our competitor strategy, where our lookalike audience targeted users visiting similar websites and services.
