We’ve been working with UK-based art supplier Cowling & Wilcox for over 5 years and seen excellent growth in both traffic and revenue for their ecommerce website.

In a competitive marketplace, we’re proud to be entrusted by Cowling & Wilcox to help bring them continued success and returns from digital marketing.

Since we started working with Guy, Cristina and the team at Cowling & Wilcox (C&W), following a referral from another marketing agency, we’ve always looked to evolve the way we approach customer acquisition.

While tried and trusted digital marketing tools such as SEO and PPC have been stable pillars of our strategy, we’ve also tested other platforms to make sure our approach is delivering the best returns for C&W. This has included Facebook, YouTube, Gmail and influencer marketing among others.

PPC advertising, particularly Google Shopping and Search, has continued to be a key revenue-stream for C&W. As such, we’ve ensured that we invest a lot of our time and effort to optimising this channel.

Our efforts to manage campaigns and improve conversion rates and basket sizes on the website, has led to an ROI of 5.56 over the past year.

It has been a privilege to work with a client that is always prepared to try new approaches and strategies to improve their business and reach new heights online.

Over the years, we’ve helped manage a website migration, a restructure of their blog and made recommendations and helped to implement modules to improve user experience on the new PrestaShop-built website.

Our goal now is to help C&W to soar as high as they can, to compete as one of the top fine and graphic art suppliers in the world. It’s a challenge we relish.
